Membership

OUTPOST operates a Membership scheme which is open to anyone to join. Membership costs £20 per year or a day’s invigilation can be provided in lieu of payment. Members are encouraged to submit material to the members’ archive, and to be considered for various artists opportunities. The membership provides a critical network for a community in and beyond Norwich, who in turn create a diverse, informed, and engaged gallery audience. The gallery is run by a Steering Committee of up to eight members, with a limit of two years service.
OUTPOST was founded in November 2004 and receives support from Arts Council England.

An OUTPOST Member may:
• Submit documentation of their work to the Members Archive and be considered for exhibition opportunities.
• Be eligible for open submission opportunities such as the annual Members' Show and Open Film.
• Nominate themselves for election to the steering committee which has a maximum of eight persons.
• Invigilate exhibitions and receive £20 expenses per day.
• Receive communications, including details of exhibitions, events and opportunities.
