We provide all the training you need.
Responsibilities include overseeing the gallery while open to the public and helping with small tasks.
You must be over 18 and comfortable working alone. We also welcome those who want to work in pairs.
We provide you with expenses (up to £20 per day).
You will have full use of our quiet office (12–6pm) with a desk, chair, and free Wi-Fi—perfect for your own projects.
You will have access to a kitchenette, tea and coffee, a courtyard, and a restroom.

We are seeking a Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees during an exciting period of transition and growth.
As a Trustee, you will work closely with the Chair to provide strategic oversight, ensuring the charity remains financially healthy, ethical, and legally compliant. Your expertise will help shape our new model for long-term sustainability.

OUTPOST Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is a group of up to eight volunteers who manage the artistic activity and daily operations of OUTPOST Gallery. Members gain hands-on experience in curation, programming, artistic production, events, fundraising, marketing and arts administration.
Because the role involves opening and closing the gallery, you must be based in or near Norwich.
No formal training is required. We value flexibility, motivation, and a passion for contemporary art. Artists are strongly encouraged to apply.
