Our place is close to public transport, nightlife, the city centre, contemporary art and the British Art Show 8. You’ll love our place because of the contemporary art. Our place is good for solo adventurers, contemporary art lovers and business travellers. Right in the heart of Norwich, all the wonderful amenities this historic city has to offer are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The space accommodates 8 people and there are 8 bedrooms with real beds. These are private rooms with lockable doors. There is 0.5 bathrooms, which means there are no shower or bath facilities. We have a kitchen, parking (pay at the machine) and wireless internet. Okay, I admit, amenities are somewhat limited (!) but we make up for it in other ways :)

We ask our guests to follow a few house rules: there is to be no smoking; we do not accept pets; there can be no parties or events; and the rooms are not child-friendly (0-12 years). For your reassurance, each space comes complete with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and first aid kit!!

The rooms are designed and furnished by 8 artists based in Leeds, the beds vary, with freshly-pressed linen. There are tea and coffee-making facilities in a communal area, a small fridge and fresh fruit, biscuits, milk and bottled water will be waiting for you there. As we wrote before, there is free wi-fi and one of us will be in one of the rooms, so will be available to direct you to the best breakfast and coffee bars, restaurants, pubs, bistros, museums, theatres and art galleries in town, all within 5 to 10 minutes’ stroll.

It's the perfect place to spend a night's holiday exploring Norwich or its surroundings, or to just come for a weekend, take in a Saturday night dinner and show, and a lazy Sunday stroll and gastro-pub lunch. Norwich is also perfectly placed for access to wonderful countryside, the spectacular Norfolk Broads, and miles and miles of stunning unspoilt coastline. Contact us and we can provide you with any more information you need: we look forward to welcoming you our temporary home soon!

Please treat the rooms as you would your own, take off wet shoes and respect the quiet of others. Lost key replacement £5. Check in 6pm, check out 11am.
